A national KCBS sanctioned event

2015 Season opener was met with mixed success as seen below. However this event did set an all time high record for team count in California. 103 teams registered and 100 showed up. 15th overall isn't bad considering the team count, and the fact that there were quite a number of very high calibur out-of-state BBQ teams in attendance.

• Chicken - 6th place
• Ribs - 54st place
• Pork - 28th place
• Brisket - 27th place
