Practice makes perfect - Miniscule incremental improvements are achieved only by constantly testing new ideas
and methods - side by side split testing against tried and true methods - meat zen as I've come to realize
it.

Important: For safety, it's best to bring a cooler with some ice on Monday for the trip home.
Also, space in the fridge at the office is limited.
Payment up front is appreciated, and you can use PayPal if that's more convenient. My PayPal
address is scott (at) hares (dot) net.
Reheating: Use a ceramic casserole dish or foil pouch, place meat pour a small layer of
apple or grape juice. Heat at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes until steamy.
Freezing and reheating: You can freeze for use later in a ziplock bag. If you've got a vacuum
sealer, include apple or grape juice before sealing. To reheat, place sealed bag in boiling water for 15-20 minutes
if thawed or 20-30 minutes if frozen.
